Day 11: Exploring Your Relationships

photo from Gemma

When we started Soul Coaching, a couple of people mentioned to me that Denise had accompanying audio that you could download and listen to for each day. Unfortunately, at that time, they were not available. Guess what? They are now! Thanks, Marilyn, for the info.

You can listen to Denise Linn's Soul Coaching recordings here. May today's meditation support you in exploring your relationships. Enjoy!

I was about to wish I had a whole month without "work" to focus on this process, but I decided not to go there!

I'm still plugging along, tho I run out of time at the end of the day for posting here. Here's the abbreviated version from my journaling.

You guys are amazing how you keep up your posting. I'm trying to do better, I swear.

HOLY MOLEY! Today was a wild emotional trip! But very cleansing in the end!

ok, so I can't post this on my blog for fear the person in question will read it, but holy conflict Batman! I never expected this but it makes sense today of all days on this journey. I have a friend who posted a blog ranting negatively about our new president. While I normally do not mix friendships and politics, I felt angered because hers was the icing on the cake in a long week of such discussions. I responded on my blog with what I thought was a well researched rebuttle, although never once did I direct it at her. Well, today she has removed her political blog and in its place is one that says how she can't rant safely anywhere for fear of being prosecuted and how now she is only allowing one friend to see her new blog, obviously that wasn't me. So immediately I flashed back to high school because I feel she is acting petty. However, I know this is all a lesson for me to learn from. Maybe life is showing me another side of this friend because I do feel she is an energy zap. The ironic thing is that while I was researching and bringing my political ideas to fruition, I was so juiced up. I couldn't stop working and in some way I feel was working that hard and geting that juiced just to prove myself right over her. I ashamed at my behavior, but again it was an eye-opening experience. Thank you for sharing it with me.

Good day. Continued to clean, burning scads of old papers and incanting great things as the heavy weight of stacks of useless (but oh-so-important :-) papers left my life.

Burden burn to become light.

Thanks everyone for traveling together.
